1. General Terms

1.1. Finality of Bookings: All bookings made with Heart of Travel are final. No cancellations or refunds are permitted after confirmation. 1.2. Liability Disclaimer: Heart of Travel acts as an intermediary between customers and third-party providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, transportation companies). We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by these providers. 1.3. Force Majeure: Heart of Travel is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience caused by unforeseen events, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, political unrest, or government mandates. 1.4. Modification of Terms: These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice. By making a booking, you agree to the latest version of these Terms and Condition

2. Payment Terms

2.1. Payment Requirements: Full payment is required to confirm bookings. Approved financing options may be available upon request. 2.2. Failed Transactions:

  • A $50 charge will be applied for each Non-Sufficient Fund (NSF) payment.
  • A $75 charge will be applied for any stop payment or declined transaction. 2.3. Automatic Cancellation: Two (2) consecutive declined payments will result in the cancellation of your booking. A cancellation fee will apply.
3. Customer Responsibilities

3.1. Travel Documents:

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the validity of all travel documents, including passports, visas, and other required identification.
  • Heart of Travel is not liable for denied boarding, missed flights, or entry refusals due to incomplete or invalid documents. 3.2. Accuracy of Information:
  • Customers must verify all booking details (e.g., names, flight times, accommodations) within 24 hours of receiving confirmation.
  • Errors reported after 24 hours may not be corrected, and additional charges may apply. 3.3. Insurance:
  • Travel insurance is highly recommended to cover unforeseen incidents such as cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost baggage.
4. Third-Party Provider Policies

4.1. Responsibility Disclaimer:

  • Heart of Travel is not liable for delays, cancellations, or operational disruptions caused by third-party providers, including airlines, hotels, or transportation services.
  • Refunds, rebookings, or claims related to third-party services must be addressed directly with the provider. 4.2. Baggage and Accommodation:
  • Any claims for lost, damaged, or delayed baggage must be filed directly with the airline.
  • Hotel room types, amenities, and policies are subject to the provider’s terms and conditions.
5. Cancellations and Refunds

5.1. Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations are not permitted once a booking is confirmed. 5.2. Refund Policy:
  • Refunds are subject to the policies of the respective third-party providers and may include penalties. 5.3. Processing Times:
  • Refund processing times may take up to 90 days, depending on the provider
6. Rebooking and Modifications

6.1. Rebooking:

  • Changes to flight dates, accommodations, or package details are subject to availability, provider fees, and Heart of Travel’s processing fees. 6.2. Name Changes:
  • Name corrections on tickets or bookings may not be permitted depending on provider policies. Fees may apply for allowable changes.
7. Travel Package Policies

7.1. Package Inclusions:

  • Specific inclusions for travel packages (e.g., tours, meals, transfers) will be outlined in the package details. 7.2. Unused Services:
  • No refunds will be issued for unused portions of the package, including missed tours or transfers.
8. In-House Financing Terms

8.1. Payment Schedule:

  • Payments must be made according to the agreed-upon schedule (bi-weekly or monthly). 8.2. Default Consequences:
  • Two (2) consecutive missed payments will result in automatic booking cancellation, and cancellation fees will apply. 8.3. Interest and Fees:
  • Applicable interest and processing fees will be disclosed during the financing process.
9. Disclaimers and Limitations

9.1. Denied Services:

  • Heart of Travel is not liable for denied boarding, missed connections, or entry refusals caused by customer negligence or incomplete documentation. 9.2. Unforeseen Events:
  • Travel schedules and pricing are subject to change without notice due to unforeseen circumstances. 9.3. Liability Waiver:
  • Heart of Travel is not responsible for personal injuries, accidents, or illnesses during travel.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1. Jurisdiction:

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Manitoba, Canada. 10.2. Dispute Resolution:
  • Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Manitoba.
